Just across the street from 173, The Annex is an 1800 square foot apartment on the second floor of a High Street commercial building.  Like the Inn, you're only steps away from the beach, dining and all that Southampton has to offer!

The flat is air conditioned and features two spacious bedrooms, the primary with a king bed and a pull out sofa, and the front room with a queen sized bed.  There is a charming, French-country living room and a large, eat-in, farm-style kitchen, and one full bathroom with a deep soaking tub/shower.  (If you have mobility challenges, this might not be a comfortable fit for you as it's quite a large step up and over.) There's adeck above, and a patio down below with BBQ, dining table, lounge chairs and a fire pit. Parking is also below, at the rear.  There is access to the Annex from both the street and the back with staircases of 20 steps.

The kitchen is complete with a large fridge - necessary for those trips to Hi-berry Farm and Southampton Meat Market, an upright freezer, dishes, cutlery, glassware for all occasions, a complete compliment of pots, pans and other cooking necessaries.  A range, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster round out the equipment. You just bring the food, condiments and spices.

A flat screen tv is located in the primary bedroom and is connected with Netflix.  Free wifi is available.

Bed linens and towels are provided and you can bring your favourite soaps and shower needs.  Need to borrow bicycles?  Just ask. If ours are being used, Martins Bicycle Shop has rentals.

Weekly rental is based on 6 nights, from Friday at 3pm through Thursday at 11am.  The rate for 2022 is $1850 per week (plus a $100 cleaning fee).
