All rates are subject to 13% HST. There is a 2-night minimum stay in July and August, and on weekends during May, June, September and October. Any promotional rates are for 2-night stays.
IF we have a single night between bookings in July and August we'll be happy to offer that with a $50 surcharge and full, non refundable payment will be required on booking. If you're looking for a single night on a weekend in May, June, September or October, the same terms as above will apply.
Credit card numbers with expiry date are taken to confirm your reservation.

We understand that plans sometimes change and we'd appreciate as much notice as you can give us in order that the room be re-booked. Should you cancel with less than 7 days notice, we will do our best to re-book the room but if we are unable to do so, a charge equal to one night's stay will be charged to your credit card for each room booked.
There is no cancellation charge during the winter months due to inclement weather.

Check-in time is 3 to 6pm and Check-out is 11:00am.
We are unable to accommodate pets.
Payments using VISA, Mastercard, E-Transfer and Cash are accepted.
The Inn is located on the second floor of a commercial building and there are 20 steps up (and down!)
Each room has a private bathroom, an incredibly luxurious king-sized bed dressed with an additional pillow top mattress cover, fine linens from Au Lit, contemporary and comfortable furnishings including top of the line fittings, in-room temperature control (air conditioning and heat), plenty of plush towels, wine glasses, drinks fridge, coffee mugs, Nespresso coffee maker and capsules, milk and cream, a variety of teas and a kettle, hair blower, iron and ironing board and a flat screen television that streams Netflix. Oversized cotton bath robes are in the closets and you'll find proper dishes and cutlery, additional glassware and a freezer with filled ice buckets in the main hallway.
There are reading lamps by the bed and near the easy chairs or couch, as well as accessible plugs for your device chargers.
Beach towels and bags are available to borrow or buy!
Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and drinks - there's a mini fridge in each room. We do not offer cooking facilities.
You are more than welcome to bring meals in from any of our great restaurants and for your convenience, we do have proper trays, dishes, glassware and cutlery.
The Deck is 800 square feet with plenty of room for physical distancing. It is situated at the rear of the Inn and is accessible for all guests. The South Suite has it's own exit onto The Deck.
There are chairs, side tables and loungers, as well as folding bistro tables and chairs if you wish to dine al fresco!. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, a post-beach drink, a meal or evening star gazing.
Keeping You Safe and Comfortable
173 High Street is committed to providing a safe and luxurious stay for our guests. Among many of our COVID-compliant changes are hand sanitizers along with complimentary disposable masks and gloves in all rooms. Additionally, the common areas — entry hall and deck, have also been outfitted with hand sanitizer dispensers. Our usual rigorous cleaning and disinfecting procedures apply to all areas of the Inn from points of contact to dishes and laundry. In fact, all laundry is done in-house on our machine's sanitize setting and sheets are hand ironed with a commercial grade steam iron.
During your stay we provide filtered water and clean dishes daily. We're happy to come in and freshen your room daily or there is a little table just outside your door that we use as a transfer station. Simply leave dirty dishes there and clean ones will replace them! We also love to be able to provide you with fresh towels daily. There's a central laundry basket in the hallway and fresh towels will be left on your table.
