All rates are subject to 13% HST. There is a 2-night minimum stay in July and August and on weekends during May, June, September and October.
Credit card numbers with expiry date are taken to confirm your reservation.
The Annex is rented on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday and housekeeping is available for an additional fee.
We understand that plans sometimes change, especially in light of Covid-19. For the Inn, we have waived cancellation fees for 2020, but we'd appreciate as much notice as you can give us in order that the room can be re-booked.
For the Annex, we require a non-refundable deposit of $350 and fourteen (14) days cancellation notice for the entire season, May through September. Again, we will do our best to re-book, but if we are unable to do so, there will be a cancellation fee of an additional $250.
In the off season there are no cancellation fees should inclement weather arise.

Check-in time is 3 to 6pm and Check-out is 11:00am.
We are unable to accommodate pets but can recommend a local kennel for your pooch.
Payments using VISA, Mastercard, E-Transfer and Cash are accepted.
There are 20 steps to get to the hotel floor. We'll gladly help you with your luggage, should you require assistance.
Each room has a private bathroom, an incredibly luxurious king-sized bed dressed with an additional pillow top mattress cover, fine linens from Au Lit, contemporary and comfortable furnishings including top of the line fittings, in-room temperature control, plenty of plush towels, wine glasses, drinks fridge, coffee mugs, coffee maker, coffee, milk and cream, a variety of teas and kettle, hair blower, iron and ironing board and a flat screen television with Netflix.
There are reading lamps by the bed and near the easy chairs or couch, as well as accessible plugs for your device chargers.
Covid Cleaning and Sanitizing
173 High Street is committed to providing a safe and luxurious stay for our guests. Among many of our COVID-compliant changes are hand sanitizers along with complimentary disposable masks and gloves in all rooms. Additionally, the common areas — entry hall and deck, have also been outfitted with hand sanitizer. Our usual rigorous cleaning procedures apply to all areas of the Inn from points of contact to dishes and laundry. In fact, all laundry is done in-house on our machine's Sani setting and sheets are hand ironed with a commercial grade steam iron. Should you wish that your room not be freshened daily, we understand but please know that we do take the precaution of using masks and gloves each time we enter any room wipe all points of contact with sanitizer.
